Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can get your money back from Coplain. It is part of our Terms of Service. If anything here conflicts with rights you have under the law where you live, those rights still apply.
Coplain subscriptions
- 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If you're not happy with Coplain, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we'll refund that payment in full. No questions asked.
- Renewals aren't refunded. The guarantee covers your first payment only. Monthly and yearly renewal payments are not refunded.
- No prorated refunds. If you cancel partway through a billing period, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't refund the unused part.
- Prices are plus applicable taxes. A refund includes any tax charged on the refunded payment.
How to cancel
Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription. It takes a few clicks and you don't need to contact us. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again. Deleting your account in Settings cancels your subscription immediately.
How to request a refund
Email support@coplain.com from the address on your account within 14 days of your first payment, with "Refund" in the subject. We'll confirm by email and refund to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Asking for a refund doesn't cancel your subscription on its own, so cancel in Settings too if you don't want it to renew.
Digital products bought on Etsy
Templates and other digital downloads sold through Coplain's Etsy shop are bought on Etsy, not on coplain.com. Refunds, returns and order problems for those purchases follow Etsy's purchase protections for buyers and the policies listed in Coplain's Etsy shop. Contact us through Etsy messages about an Etsy order.
Free tools and templates
The free calculators, templates, cheat sheets and other downloads on coplain.com cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
