Cookie Policy

This page lists every cookie and similar browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) that coplain.com uses. Essential items run without asking because the site needs them. Analytics items run only after you choose “Accept all” or switch Analytics on in Cookie settings, and never while your browser sends Global Privacy Control.

Changing your choice

Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page to switch Analytics on or off. When you switch it off, we delete the Google Analytics and Clarity cookies on coplain.com and reload the page so nothing more is collected. Cookies on clarity.ms belong to Microsoft and can only be removed in your browser settings. Your choice lasts 6 months, then we ask again.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a refusal of analytics: Google Analytics and Clarity do not load and the banner does not appear. Your other rights are on the privacy request page and in our Privacy Policy.

Checkout

When you subscribe, you pay on Stripe’s own checkout page (checkout.stripe.com). Stripe sets its own cookies there, such as __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid, for fraud prevention. They are not set on coplain.com, and Stripe’s cookie policy covers them.

Embedded calculators

Calculators embedded on other websites (coplain.com/embed/…) set no cookies, run no analytics and never show the cookie banner.

What we don’t use

No advertising or retargeting cookies, no social media pixels, and no Sentry session replay. Sentry error monitoring stores nothing in your browser.

We use essential cookies to run this site and keep you signed in. With your OK we would also use analytics: Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used (form fields are masked). Nothing optional runs until you choose. See our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.

Cookie settings

Your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, so analytics stay off. To turn them on, switch off Global Privacy Control in your browser first.

Essential

Sign-in and session, security, remembering this choice, and your light or dark theme. The site does not work without these.

Always on

Google Analytics (pages visited, how you arrived, which tools you use) and Microsoft Clarity (recordings of clicks, scrolling and page movement, with form fields masked). Helps us see what to fix and build next.
