Your privacy choices

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you and have it corrected, deleted or sent to you. You can also opt out of analytics and email updates. We honor these requests wherever you live; the laws below set our deadlines.

Your rights

• Access: a copy of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Deletion: we delete your account and personal data, except what the law requires us to keep (such as payment records).
• Correction: we fix data that is wrong or incomplete.
• Export: your data in a portable, machine-readable file.
• Opt out: stop analytics (also any time in Cookie settings, at the bottom of every page) or email updates (every email has a one-click unsubscribe link). We do not sell or share personal data for advertising.

When you will hear back

We confirm your request by email right away. We answer within 30 days (one month under the GDPR and UK GDPR), and within 45 days for California residents under the CCPA. If a request is complex we may extend once, by up to two more months under the GDPR or 45 more days under the CCPA, and we will tell you why before the first deadline.

Verifying it’s you

To protect your data, we reply to the email address you give and may ask you to confirm from the address on your account before we release or delete anything. An authorized agent can make a request for you with your signed permission.
